98. (Repealed).
98. The issue of a license to keep a loan office shall be in the discretion of the Minister of Revenue, who shall also have the right to cancel the license at any time upon the conviction of the holder thereof before a criminal or civil court.
No license issued under the provisions of this division shall in any way authorize the receiving of money on deposit or the doing of anything in contravention of the Bank Act.
