141. This division shall not apply to:

(a)  A meter for gas, water or electricity;

(b)  A weighing-machine which indicates only the weight of a person or thing;

(c)  A storing-place for personal baggage only, in a station or hotel;

(d)  Any automatic unlocking or releasing device used in connection with pay toilets, sanitary towels, or drinking cups commonly found in railway stations, railway coaches, hotels, restaurants, bus stations, theatres, merchandising establishments, offices or public buildings;

(e)  Any automatic device for the use of a telephone;

(f)  An automatic distributor in a private house;

(g)  Any other kind or class of automatic distributor exempted from the application of this division by the Government.
