156. The terms of the management agreement entered into by the Société immobilière du Québec and the Minister of Health and Social Services under section 20.4 of the Act respecting the Société immobilière du Québec (chapter S-17.1) apply, with the necessary modifications, to the Société within the framework of the immovable property management operations that the Société carries out under this Act in respect of health and social service providers within the meaning of the fourth paragraph of section 28 of this Act, until such terms are struck out, replaced or amended by an agreement entered into by the Société and the Minister of Health and Social Services under section 37.
