89. The sale or delivery of beer is forbidden in Québec, unless such sale or delivery is made
(a)  by the Corporation;
(b)  by the holder of a permit issued under the Act respecting the Société des alcools du Québec (chapter S-13);
(c)  by a holder of a permit.

(a)  by the Corporation;
(b)  by the holder of a permit issued under the Act respecting the Société des alcools du Québec (chapter S-13);
(c)  by a holder of a permit, provided that in the case of a holder of a permit for the sale of wine and beer or beer only the alcoholic content of the beer sold or delivered does not exceed five per cent by weight.

89. The sale or delivery of beer and weak cider is forbidden in the province of Québec, unless such sale or delivery is made
(a)  by the Corporation;
(b)  by the holder of a permit issued under the Act respecting the Société des alcools du Québec;
(c)  by a holder of a permit, provided that in the case of a holder of a permit for the sale of wine and beer or beer only the alcoholic content of the beer sold or delivered does not exceed five per cent by weight.
