44. (Repealed).

44. Whenever there is occasion for a public hearing, the chairman of the Commission shall fix the date of such hearing and the place where it is to be held. For such hearing, the Commission may hold its sittings at any place in Québec where the Superior Court or the Provincial Court may sit.
