182. (Repealed).

182. The Corporation shall not be responsible for loss or deterioration of any alcoholic beverages of which it has taken possession under sections 180 and 181. It may dispose of such alcoholic beverages on such conditions as it may deem advisable and indemnify the owners therefor, after deducting from the price obtained such costs and charges as it may determine. Notwithstanding this provision, the Corporation may destroy such beverages, in whole or in part, or extract the alcohol therefrom.
