181. (Repealed).

181. On the failure of any such trader or merchant to comply with the provisions of section 180, the Corporation, by virtue of its own order and without any proceeding at law, may cause the alcoholic beverages not reported or surrendered to it, with the receptacles containing them, to be seized and confiscated.
