ŠWarrant of Seizure for School TaxesŠŠProvince of Québec,ŠSchool municipality ofŠŠ  The school commissioners (or trustees) for the municipalityŠof ............................, in the county of .............Š ..............................................................Š  To any bailiff, acting in and for the district of ...........ŠŠ  Whereas (name and description of the debtor) has been requiredŠby the secretary-treasurer of the school commissioners (orŠtrustees) for the municipality of ............................,Šin the county of ............................., to pay into hisŠhands, for the use of the said school commissioners (orŠtrustees), the sum of ....................., being the amountŠdue by him to the said school commissioners (or trustees) asŠappears by the collection roll of the said municipality for theŠyear ...........; and whereas the said (name of the debtor) hasŠneglected and refused to pay to the said secretary-treasurer,Šwithin the delay required by law, the said sum of (the amount inŠwords) with the costs of notice and service amounting to (theŠamount in words); these are, therefore, to command you to seize,Šwithout delay, the goods and chattels of the said (name ofŠdebtor) which may be found within the limits of the saidŠmunicipality; if, within the space of eight days after suchŠseizure, the  above-mentioned sums, with the reasonable expensesŠof the said seizure, are not paid, then you shall sell accordingŠto law the said goods and chattels so by you held, and you shallŠpay over the moneys arising from such sale to theŠsecretary-treasurer of the said school commissioners (orŠtrustees), so that he may apply the same as by law directed, andŠreturn the surplus, if any, when demanded, to the said (name ofŠthe debtor), or to whom it may concern; and, if such seizureŠcannot be effected, in default of goods liable to seizure, youŠshall then certify the same to me so that such proceedings mayŠbe had as the law may require.Š  Given under my hand and the seal of the said corporation ofŠschool commissioners (or trustees) this ................ day ofŠthe month of ............. in the year of Our Lord one thousandŠnine hundred and ................., at ................. in theŠforesaid district.ŠŠ                                                 (Signature)Š
