372. (Repealed).
372. Every regional school board shall be administered by a council of commissioners composed of the following persons:
(1) all the commissioners of the school boards forming part of the regional school board who are elected or appointed pursuant to the Act respecting school elections (chapter E-2.3) or, where such is the case, pursuant to sections 374 and 375 of this Act;
(2) the commissioner who represents the parents’ committee of the regional school board and is elected pursuant to this Act.
