365. (Repealed).

365. The Government may, in an order made under section 116 by which it amalgamates the territories of all the school boards forming part of the regional school board, discontinue the regional school board.
The rights and obligations of the regional school board and those of each of the school boards whose territories are amalgamated become, on the date of coming into force of the order, the rights and obligations of the new school board resulting from the amalgamation.
Section 121 applies to the transfer of ownership of an immovable.
