21. (Repealed).
21. It is prohibited to hinder the work of a person exercising powers vested in him by section 20, to mislead him or to attempt to mislead him.
It is also prohibited to refuse the person contemplated in the preceding paragraph the assistance he may require to exercise powers vested in him by section 20.
