60. Public notice shall be given of the deposit of the act of assessment; such notice shall state the place where the act of assessment is deposited and also the place where and the day and hour when the pastor or ministering cleric and the churchwardens will hear and decide the complaints of the land-owning parishioners and homologate the act of assessment.
Such notice shall be read on three consecutive Sundays, at each of the Sunday masses celebrated in the parish or chapelry, except those celebrated exclusively for clerics or members of a religious community. It shall also be posted up for thirty days near the door of the building in which Sunday mass is celebrated.
