149. Every applicant or person who knowingly makes a false declaration to obtain or allow another person to obtain a certificate, loan, line of credit or special loan or who knowingly obtains a certificate, loan, line of credit or special loan by making a false declaration is liable to a fine of $50 to $1 000.

149.
