Section 136
Disposition versions
136. The Office is not bound by articles 1571 to 1571c, 1572 or 2127 of the Civil Code with regard to the transfer of a debt contemplated in section 129 or the sale of a debt contemplated in section 135.
The Government shall, however, fix the conditions respecting the method of service of the transfer or sale.
