109. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no extraordinary recourse provided in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised nor any injunction granted against the Office or against any of its members acting in its or his official capacity.

Two judges of the Court of Appeal may, upon motion, summarily annul any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the first paragraph.
