Disposition versions
569. Section 36 of the said Act is amended by replacing the first paragraph by the following paragraph:
“36. A municipal corporation which has effected a loan for which a sinking-fund must be created under the laws governing the same, or which has issued bonds, shall, within the 30 days immediately following the completion of the loan, or the delivery of the bonds, make to the Minister of Finance a report, under the oath of office of the mayor and that of the secretary-treasurer or clerk.”.
