Disposition versions
558. Section 66 of the Act respecting municipal and intermunicipal transit corporations (chapter C-70) is replaced by the following section:
“66. The corporation may make a contract for pupil transportation within the scope of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1), of the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9) and the General and Vocational Colleges Act (chapter C-29).
The corporation has jurisdiction to carry out, even outside its territory, any contract it has made with a school board, provided the territory of that school board is comprised in the territory in which the corporation operates under sections 4 and 67.”.
