Disposition versions
542. Section 6 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1) is amended by replacing the first paragraph by the following paragraph:
“6. School bodies include school boards governed by the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1), the Conseil scolaire de l’Île de Montréal, general and vocational colleges, the Université du Québec and its branches, research institutes and schools of higher education.”.
