101. The functions of the parents’ committee are(1) to advise the school council on defining the aims and objectives of the school;
(2) to promote participation of the parents in defining, implementing and evaluating the educational plan of the school;
(3) to advise the school council or the principal on any matter about which the parents are concerned and on which the committee demands to be consulted;
(4) to examine any question on which it is consulted.
