61. The authorization granted to an independent candidate who was not elected expires on 31 December of the year immediately following the election year.
The authorization of an independent candidate who was elected expires as soon as the person ceases to sit as an independent Member in the National Assembly, unless the candidate runs again as an independent candidate.

61. The authorization granted to an independent candidate expires on 31 December of the year immediately following the election year.
The authorization of an independent candidate who was elected and who has not discharged all the debts arising from his election expenses expires on the date of the filing of the return contemplated in the second paragraph of section 125.
