205. A person who finds that another person not entitled to be registered on the list of electors for a polling subdivision in his or her electoral division is so registered may submit a request for removal of that other person to a board of revisors.

The person declares that, to his or her knowledge, the other person is not entitled to be registered on the list of electors for that polling subdivision, for the reasons put forward to the board.

205. An elector who is the spouse or a relative of or a person cohabiting with an elector may present any application concerning the elector on the latter’s behalf. The application shall be presented to the board of revisors to which is assigned the polling subdivision of the elector on whose behalf the application is made.

In this section, “relative” means the elector’s father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, stepfather, stepmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandson or granddaughter.

205. An elector who is the spouse or de facto spouse of, or a relative of, or a person cohabiting with an elector may present any application concerning the elector on the latter’s behalf. The application shall be presented to the board of revisors to which is assigned the polling subdivision of the elector on whose behalf the application is made.

205. The assistants to the board of revisors shall have the following duties in particular:

(1)  to serve notices of hearing;

(2)  to serve summonses on witnesses;

(3)  to gather, at the request of the board of revisors, any information relevant to the making of a decision.
