1.9. Except for hearing a case within the jurisdiction of the Court of Québec and except in the cases provided in sections 130 to 134 of the Courts of Justice Act (chapter T-16), every member of the Expropriation Division shall devote himself exclusively to the work of the Division and to his duties of office.
