7. Notwithstanding section 17 of the Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1), a decree comes into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.

7. The decree establishing the approval of the petition shall come into and remain in force from the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec, or from a later date therein fixed.
