D-13.1 - Act respecting hunting and fishing rights in the James Bay and New Québec territories
Section 97.1
Disposition versions
97.1. Every person who engages in hunting for commercial purposes, keeps in captivity or raises species of wildlife without holding a licence or authorization issued by the Minister or without complying with the conditions established in the licence or authorization is liable to a fine of not less than $2,500 nor more than $25,000 in the case of a natural person and of not less than $5,000 nor more than $50,000 in the case of a legal person.
97.1. Every person who engages in hunting for commercial purposes, keeps in captivity or raises species of wildlife without holding a licence or authorization issued by the Minister or without complying with the conditions established in the licence or authorization is liable to a fine of not more than $10,000 in the case of a natural person and of not more than $30,000 in the case of a legal person.
