31. The following is presumed to be a reprisal within the meaning of section 30:(1) the demotion, suspension, dismissal or transfer of a person referred to in that section or any other disciplinary measure or measure that adversely affects such a person’s employment or conditions of employment; or
(2) if such a person is the holder of parental authority over a child attending a childcare establishment referred to in paragraph 9 of section 2, depriving the person of any right or subjecting the person to differential treatment or suspending or expelling the person’s child.
