Known creditors and legatees by particular title who have been omitted in the payments made by the liquidator have, in addition to their action in liability against the liquidator, an action against the heirs who have received advances and against the legatees by particular title paid to their detriment.
Subsidiarily, the creditors also have an action against the other creditors in proportion to their claims, taking into account the causes of preference.
