3105. The validity of a security charged on a corporeal movable ordinarily used in more than one country or charged on an incorporeal movable is governed by the law of the country where the grantor was domiciled at the time of creation of the security.
Publication and its effects are governed by the law of the country in which the grantor is currently domiciled.
However, the provisions of this article do not apply to a security attached to a claim or charged on an incorporeal movable established by a title in bearer form or to a security published by the holding of the title exercised by the creditor.
