2983. A single copy of an application for registration in the register of personal and movable real rights is filed in the Personal and Movable Real Rights Registry Office; application is made by the presentation of a notice, unless otherwise provided by law or the regulations.
2983. A single copy of an application for registration in the register of personal and movable real rights is filed in the central register; application is made by the presentation of a notice, unless otherwise provided by law or the regulations.
In an application for registration in the register of a hypothec or a restriction of the right to alienate, or a right with a fixed term, a date after which the registration ceases to be effective shall be fixed.
