293. The court, on the institution of the protective supervision or subsequently, indicates the acts for which the adviser’s assistance is required or, conversely, those for which it is not required.
If the court gives no indication, the protected person of full age shall be assisted by his adviser for every act beyond the capacity of a minor who has been granted simple emancipation.
