Section 1944.1
Disposition versions
1944.1. Within one month after receiving the notice referred to in article 1944, the lessee of a dwelling subleased for more than 12 months is bound to notify the lessor that he refuses to terminate the lease or that he is vacating the dwelling; otherwise, he is deemed to have refused to vacate the dwelling.
