C-61.1 - Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife

Disposition versions
14. A wildlife protection officer who exercises his duties in an unorganized territory may enter a place, other than a permanent residence, to identify any person present on the premises where he has reasonable grounds to believe that the person has committed an offence under this Act or the regulations under it or under any other Act or regulation he has the duty to enforce.
The wildlife protection officer may arrest the person without a warrant, in accordance with articles 72, 73 and 74 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1).
14. A conservation officer who exercises his duties in an unorganized territory may enter a place, other than a permanent residence, to identify any person present on the premises where he has reasonable grounds to believe that the person has committed an offence under this Act or the regulations under it or under any other Act or regulation he has the duty to enforce.
The conservation officer may arrest the person without a warrant, in accordance with articles 72, 73 and 74 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1).
14. A conservation officer may, without a warrant, arrest any person found committing an offence or who he has reasonable and probable cause to believe is about to commit or has committed an offence against this Act or the regulations under it or against any other Act or regulation he has a duty to enforce.
