117. (Repealed).

117. At the expiry of the time prescribed in section 115, the land contemplated in section 113 may be sold if the Minister has not notified his intention to exercise his right of preemption.
The vendor must notify the Minister in writing of the sale within 15 days following the date of the deed of sale.
