108. The Minister may, on the conditions determined by regulation of the Government, authorize a person trapping in a controlled zone to erect buildings and structures on the land assigned to him without having to comply with the provisions of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1) concerning leases and occupation licences for lands in the domain of the State and the manner in which such person shall dispose of the buildings at the expiration of the licence.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, the person shall comply with the norms and conditions determined under paragraph 3 of section 97.
