162. At its first meeting after the organization meeting and, subsequently, after every annual meeting, the credit committee shall choose a chairman from among its members.
The credit committee shall also appoint a secretary whom it may choose or not from among its members. Where the credit committee fails to appoint a secretary, the director general shall perform the duties of the secretary.
