(1) The applicants for such letters patent, who must be of the full age of twenty-one years, shall file in the Ministère des consommateurs, coopératives et institutions financières an application drawn up according to the form prescribed by the Minister, setting forth,—(a) The proposed corporate name, which shall not be that of any other known company, corporation, association or body, incorporated or unincorporated, unless with the consent of the latter, or any name liable to be confounded therewith, or otherwise on public grounds objectionable;
(b) The purposes for which incorporation is sought;
(c) The place within Québec where its head office is to be situated;
(d) The amount to which the immoveable property which may be owned or held by the company, or the revenue therefrom, is limited;
(e) The name in full and the address and calling of each of the applicants, with special mention of the names of not less than three of their number, who are to be the first or provisional directors of the corporation.
