147. From the adoption of the resolution referred to in section 129, subdivisions 2, 3 and 4 of Division VII of Chapter I of Title I of the Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A‐19.1) and the provisions of Title III of that Act concerning sanctions and recourses in respect of the interim control by-law or resolution apply to the Community, with the necessary modifications. A resolution adopted by the Community under section 62 of the Act respecting land use planning and development ceases to have effect(1) where the Community, within 90 days after the adoption of the resolution, adopts under section 64 of that Act a by-law that expressly replaces the resolution, at the earlier of(a) the day of the coming into force of the by-law or a by-law that replaces it; and
(b) the 180th day after the adoption of the resolution or, if a time limit has been fixed by the Minister under the second paragraph of section 65 of that Act, the day the time limit expires;
(2) where the Community does not adopt such a by-law, on the expiry of the 90-day period following the adoption of the resolution.
For the purpose of determining the time at which a by-law adopted by the Community under section 64 of that Act ceases to have effect, the by-law is considered to be a by-law relating to the land use planning and development plan revision process.
Where an interim control by-law adopted by the council of the Community under the first paragraph is in force, section 2 and Chapter VI of Title I of that Act apply.
