Disposition versions
5.12. The president and chief executive officer shall be responsible for the direction and management of the Fund within the scope of its regulations and policies. The president and chief executive officer represents the Fund and is its most senior officer. The president and chief executive officer shall propose strategic directions to the board of directors. The president and chief executive officer shall assume such other responsibilities as are assigned by the board of directors.
The office of president and chief executive officer is a full-time position.
