16. The fiscal year of the Office ends on 31 March.

16. Not later than the thirtieth of June each year, the Office must make a report to the Minister of its activities for its preceding fiscal year; such report must also contain any information the Minister may require.
Such report shall be laid before the National Assembly if it is in session, or, if it is not, within thirty days of the opening of the next session.
