Full text
745. The sequestrator is subject to all the obligations resulting from conventional sequestration unless the court decides otherwise.

745. The sequestrator cannot make upon the property sequestrated either repairs or expenditures or perform any act which is not of pure administration, without having been authorized by the court on motion served upon the parties.
