114. The clerk, upon proof that the original of a motion to institute proceedings has been lost or destroyed, may certify a copy to replace the original.

114. The clerk, upon proof that the original of a declaration has been lost or destroyed, may certify a copy to replace the original.

114. The writ must state the surname, given names, domicile and ordinary residence of the plaintiff, and the surname, given names and last known residence of the defendant. It must also state the capacity of any party who figures therein otherwise than personally.
