5. The Government may, by regulation published in the Gazette officielle du Québec, upon the conditions it fixes, allow the affixing of the signature of the director by means of an automatic device to any deed, document or writing which must be signed by the director under this act, the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5) or a regulation made under either act.
It may also allow a facsimile of such signature to be engraved, lithographed or printed on such deed, document or writing; in such case, the facsimile shall have the same force as the signature itself.
Where the Bureau grants its approval to an application for a registration, a licence or a permit, the mark of the Bureau may be affixed, engraved, lithographed or printed in the place of the signature of the director on the certificate evidencing the approval. The certificate is then proof of the decision of the director with regard to the application in the same manner as a document bearing his signature.
