114. Any insurer and any other person who pays damages following an accident caused by a motor vehicle shall make a report of such accident to the Régie, at Québec, within thirty days of the date of such payment, giving the names and addresses of the owner and of the operator or chauffeur of such vehicle, the registration number of such vehicle and the address, date and a brief description of the accident.
He shall also furnish to the Régie any other information and evidence which the latter may require.
