47. (Repealed).

47. The owner of a road vehicle no longer in use must return the registration certificate and the registration plate of the vehicle to the Société. A new registration certificate indicating that the vehicle is no longer in use shall be issued to the owner by the Société.
Where the owner of a vehicle no longer in use transfers his right of ownership, sections 40 to 43 apply, adapted as required.
