Section 389 Disposition versions

389. No person may exceed or allow another person to exceed the number of hours of driving or hours of service prescribed by regulation with respect to a motor vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating of 4,500 kg or less, or in violation of the standards, conditions and procedures prescribed by regulation.

389. No person may exceed or allow another person to exceed the number of hours of driving or hours of service prescribed by regulation with respect to a minibus or a commercial vehicle weighing 3 000 kg or less, or in violation of the standards, conditions and procedures prescribed by regulation.

389. No person may drive or allow any person to drive a bus, a minibus or a commercial vehicle for a longer period than the period prescribed by regulation and contrary to the norms prescribed by that regulation.
