202. Where the Société has effected a payment in satisfaction of a judgment, no licence or registration may be issued or reinstated by it until the debtor has reimbursed the total amount paid, with interest, or has come to an agreement with it to pay in instalments.
In the latter case, the Société must reinstate the suspension it had lifted if payment by the debtor is interrupted.
