465.6. After receiving the advice of the Inspector General stating that the proposed incorporation is financially viable, the Minister may request the latter to issue letters patent to incorporate the corporation.
The Minister shall refuse to authorize an incorporation if the agreement contains a name that is not in conformity with any of paragraphs 1 to 6 of section 9.1 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).
The Inspector General shall deposit the letters patent he issues in the register constituted under the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45).
