305. (Repealed).

305. No election shall be declared invalid by reason of non-compliance with the provisions of this division as to the taking of the poll, counting of the votes, or of any mistake in the use of the forms contained in this act, if it appear to the court having cognizance of the question that the election was conducted in accordance with the principles laid down in this division, and that such non-compliance or mistake did not affect the result of the election.
