The judge named in the warrant shall be any judge of the sessions, judge of the Provincial Court, municipal judge or other functionary or court vested with the power of accomplishing alone those acts which should ordinarily be accomplished by two or more justices of the peace, and acting within his territorial jurisdiction, and the nearest available within the judicial district.
