160. The nomination paper must be accompanied with the written consent of the person nominated, in accordance with Form 8 or 9.

160. A nomination paper shall be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person therein nominated (forms 8 and 9) except when such person is not present in the municipality; in which case his absence shall be stated in the nomination paper.
