Disposition versions
63. The Government shall establish standards and scales applicable to the remuneration or allowances and other conditions of employment to be borne by the commission in respect of its personnel, its mandataries and the arbitrators it designates.
63. The commission shall have its seat in the City of Québec or in the City of Montréal as the Government may decide by an order which shall come into force upon publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The commission shall also have an office in that city of the two mentioned in the first paragraph in which it does not have its seat.
It may also open offices anywhere in Québec.
